Cancellation Policy

The Grow Me Co PTY LTD

This policy applies to the 2-day classroom education course priced at AUD $1,499, which includes access to online materials and the Discord community.
Cancellation Requests

1. Cancellations Made Within 10 Days of Purchase:
   If you cancel within 10 calendar days after the purchase date, a full refund of the course fee will be provided.
2. Cancellations Made After 10 Days Before the Course Start Date:
   If you cancel after 10 calendar days from the date of enrollment or payment, The Grow Me Co PTY LTD will retain the full fee of AUD $1499 as a non-refundable fee. This retention is due to your access to the online course materials and the Discord group, which are provided upon payment as well as the cost of the venue and catering.
3. No-Show Policy:
   Failure to attend the course without prior notification will result in the forfeiture of the full course fee.
   
   

Requesting a Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to growme@thegrowmeco.com. Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 10 business days.

Special Circumstances

Refunds outside of this policy may be considered in exceptional circumstances, in line with Australian Consumer Law, such as medical emergencies or significant unforeseen events.
